                             Bell Tower Condominiums 

The six units in the church building will include one or two bedrooms and loft, and will range in size from approximately 1,200 to 1,400 square feet.  Four units will be constructed on the current first and second floors, and two units will be constructed in the day-light basement.  Units will use the existing entrances on the front and back of the building to provide three common lobbies.  Dedicated parking will be provided across the street on the vacant (former church parking lot) parcel.
The exterior stone walls of the church building will be preserved.  Windows will be selectively replaced and/or enlarged as necessary to provide sufficient natural light, energy efficiency and/or egress.  The majority of the window openings on the main floor will remain substantively the same to retain the character of the original building.  Four lofts will be provided for ground-floor units, with windows modified to provide egress where required.  Existing window wells in the garden (basement) units will be excavated to construct below-grade patios with walk-outs and to provide egress where required.

Bell Tower Town Homes

The five townhome units will each include a minimum of two or three bedrooms and full basement.   Each will include an attached two car garage accessed from the back of the units, and additional guest parking located along the east property line.  The design of the townhouse façade will be in keeping with the existing church building architecture while at the same time transitioning to the surrounding historic single-family residential architecture.
